Thomas Cattin holds a PhD in Geography from the French Institute of Geopolitics at Paris 8 University and the Centro de Investigación en Ciencias de Información Geoespacial in Mexico. He is Head of Cartography at Cassini Conseil, where he leads the design and development of decision-support mapping tools applied to energy, information warfare, and risk analysis. In partnership with Stanford University, he has also led the development of environmental risk visualization interfaces for metropolitan France.
